Welcome Ministry
It has been said that “you don’t get a second chance at a first impression.” Our Ushers and Greeters strive to create a welcoming environment for those who attend our services through offering a warm greeting and a hot cup of coffee, as well as paying attention to details and needs - helping people feel comfortable and at home in our church family.

Worship Ministry
We believe worship at Harvest Church should be hallmarked by Intimacy, Integrity, Accessibility, and Passion. Intimacy means our teams and congregation are encouraged to be in close relationship with each other, and with God; Integrity means we never act like we are more or less than we are; Accessibility means we play music designed to draw the most amount of people into the deepest level of participation; Passion means we believe that both worship teams and worshipers praise God with their whole lives and are motivated by love.

Helping Hands
The Helping Hand's mission is to be supportive of those who are in need at times of recovery and crisis. It involves a team of people who desire to help meet the needs of others in a tangible way. The Bible says that the world will know we are Christians by our love for one another. This is a perfect example of a way the church loves one another - by helping carrying each other’s burdens through difficult times.

Outreach Ministry
Reaching out with the love of Jesus is a core value at Harvest. We believe it is the church’s primary purpose to actively pursue sharing His incomparable love with the world. We participate in multiple community functions throughout the year in order to create “relational bridges” within the community. These include venues such as: Harvest Festival, Strawberry Festival, Open House Events, Christmas in the Village, as well as special events, such as our annual Live Nativity Presentation at Christmas.

Food Pantry Ministry
Jesus calls us to help feed the hungry and Harvest's Food Pantry is a fantastic way to do just that! We are blessed to provide a ministry of food to those in need either on a regular basis or periodically, as needed. Our Food Pantry is stocked through donations of Harvest Church members enabling us to purchase groceries at a discounted rate from the local South County Food Bank.

"How Can I Get Involved?"
You might be asking yourself, “How can I be a part of the exciting things God is doing here at Harvest Church?” We are so glad you asked! Seeing people find an area of involvement that is fulfilling and rewarding is something we value highly. Each of us possesses God-given gifts and talents that can be used to bring Him glory and bless others. If you are looking for something that you do not see listed, we would love to help you grow a ministry that is in your heart. Please contact any of the leaders mentioned in this flyer for details about getting involved in these specific ministry areas, or call the Church Office 489-2037 and we will be happy to assist you in “plugging in” to an area you might enjoy.
